AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN is a leadership programme designed for female professionals in mid- to senior-level management positions across the European audiovisual industry. The programme empowers women to meet today’s industry challenges head-on, develop forward-thinking business models, and embrace the opportunities of digital transformation.
With its interdisciplinary approach and unique combination of elements, AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN helps participants sharpen their skills, expand their networks, and unlock new business opportunities — all contributing to the sustainable success of their careers and companies.
The programme is open to female leaders working across the entire value chain of the audiovisual sector. It also includes the hiring managers from their companies, fostering change not only on an individual, but also on an institutional level.
Participants will benefit from a rich mix of live on-site and online training, 1:1 business coaching, exclusive networking events, and a flexible self-study phase with access to cutting-edge online courses. Key topics include (digital) leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and change management in a VUCA world, as well as communication and self-marketing — all tailored to support women in navigating and leading in a fast-evolving industry.
