The Erich Pommer Institute is setting the course for a successful future: Nadine Wrobel-Sparig, previously in charge of Personnel and Finance, will take over the management of the EPI. With her many years of experience in the media industry, her commercial-creative experience, her excellent network, and her knowledge of the internal processes of the EPI, she guarantees a seamless transition.

Strengthening the management level: Focus on strategic development

At the same time, the management level is expanding: Dina Rubanovitš will henceforth take over strategic development. She has been working at the EPI since 2014 and has most recently been responsible for leading the International Continuing Education department and the Business Strategy for the past eight years. With her new position as Director of Strategy and Business Development, she will continue the strategic development of the EPI.

The EPI would like to thank Katja Bäuerle for her commitment as Managing Director and wishes Nadine Wrobel-Sparig and Dina Rubanovitš much success and all the best in their new roles at the institute.

We are very pleased that both colleagues will continue their excellent work at the EPI with even greater responsibility. With this new structure, the EPI underscores its claim to be a reliable and visionary partner for the media industry. We look forward to the next chapters and to shaping the future of the media industry together with our supporters, partners, experts, and participants.

Our mission: Further education for the media industry

The EPI continues to focus on programmes that provide media professionals with guidance and support for their next career steps. Especially in economically challenging times, further education remains a central building block for professional and personal development in the industry.

A thank you to our supporters and partners

Our special thanks go to all supporters, partners, and experts, as well as all participants in our programmes who have accompanied us over the past year. Your support makes our work possible and is an essential part of our success. We are already looking forward to future collaboration.

We are saying goodbye for the holidays

Over the turn of the year, the EPI is taking a short break. In the new year, we will be back with fresh ideas, established and new topics for you.

We wish you a merry and restful holiday season and a healthy new year 2025!
